**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Skopje for a Fuel Manager. The Fuel Manager will be responsible for overseeing fuel-related activities, managing fuel inventory, tracking usage, and ensuring cost-efficient fuel consumption. Other daily responsibilities include analyzing fuel performance data, managing supplier relationships, supervising fuel-related staff or processes, and ensuring compliance with company protocols. The role will also involve regular communication with internal teams and external vendors to optimize fuel operations.
**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge and experience in Fuel Management and related processes
- Proven ability to oversee teams effectively with solid Supervisory Skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret fuel data and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Strong Communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and stakeholders
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing resources and ensuring operational efficiency
- Proficiency in using fuel-tracking systems and relevant software is a plus
- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Previous experience in fleet or logistics management is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
