for a
**Country Sales & Trade Marketing Manager – Albania**
.

This is a
**high-impact leadership role**
, reporting directly to the CEO, with full responsibility for
**sales, distribution, trade marketing execution, and overall market performance**
.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Full ownership of
**revenue, trade margins, sales volumes, distribution and market share (SOM)**
- Set and drive
**monthly and annual KPIs across regions, channels and sales teams**
- Lead
**sales & trade marketing strategy**
, ensuring alignment with brand and market needs
- Build and optimize
**route-to-market (RTM)**
including:
- Distribution structure
- Coverage & visit frequency
- Strike rate and execution standards
- Manage and develop
**distributors, sub-distributors and key accounts**
, including:
- Contract negotiations
- Performance tracking
- Pricing and commercial conditions
- Ensure
**strong field execution**
and direct customer interface excellence
- Drive
**market intelligence and analysis**
:
- Sales data tracking
- KPI monitoring
- ROI evaluation
- Competitive landscape insights
- Lead
**trade marketing execution**
, including:
- Promotions and activations
- Sponsorships and events
- Placement of promotional materials and visibility standards
- Ensure
**efficient use of sales & distribution budgets**
- Manage
**commercial risks and financial discipline**

- Credit limits and guarantees
- Receivables and payment follow-up
- Contract compliance
- Lead, coach and develop a
**high-performing commercial team**
, including:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Performance management
- Training and development
- Deliver
**monthly reporting and business reviews**
to senior management

**Location & Relocation Package:**

- Based in
**Albania**
-Tirana
- Strong preference for candidates from
**Serbia and Greece**
- Open to candidates across the
**Balkans region**

**Ideal Profile**

- 10–15+ years of experience in
**FMCG / distribution-driven industries**
- Minimum 5 years in
**managerial / leadership roles**
- Strong expertise in:
- Sales & distribution systems
- Trade marketing and in-market execution
- Distributor and key account management
- KPI-driven commercial performance
- Proven experience managing:
- Field sales teams
- Commercial planning & execution
- Customer and partner relationships
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to
**translate data into action**
- Background from companies such as:
- Coca-Cola
- PepsiCo
- or similar FMCG / beverage / tobacco / food companies
