🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support business initiatives and decision-making.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and deliver actionable insights.
- Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, and research methodologies.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation of research processes.
- Support strategic planning through data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain databases and organize research materials for easy access and use.

- Experience in research, data analysis, business analysis, or related roles (internships are welcome).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of statistical methods and research techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred (but not required).
