**The Role**

We’re after a designer who thrives on the edge — excited to work across ads (static and motion) and landing pages, and constantly push what AI can do for creativity. You don’t wait for the tools to catch up; you use AI to move faster, design sharper, and build things nobody thought possible last year. You already know your way around today’s design + AI stack, and you’re hungry to keep pushing. This role gives you variety, speed, and the chance to ship work that actually gets seen.

**Who we’re looking for**

- Strong visual storyteller with sharp taste in aesthetics, color, layout, and typography.
- Skilled across formats: static ads, motion ads (short-form, 2D-style), and landing pages.
- Proficient in core design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite), but not limited by them - you adapt to whatever gets the job done.
- Comfortable building functional LPs in platforms like Lovable, Builder.io, Framer, or Webflow. You don’t need years of expertise in one - you need the ability to pick up new tools fast and ship.
- Hands-on with AI tools for design and video (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Veo, etc.) - not just curious, but already using them to accelerate workflows.
- Understands design in a marketing context: every ad, motion piece, and LP should not only look great but serve performance goals.
- Moves fast: thrives in an environment where you jump from one project to another - no endless campaign cycles.
- Senior enough to work independently, adaptable enough to collaborate with growth leads, creatives, and clients directly.
- Curious learner with the grit to stay ahead of design + AI shifts and keep leveling up.

**What you’ll do**

- Design across formats: static ads, motion ads (short-form, 2D-style), and landing pages.
- Use AI tools daily to speed up workflows, generate new ideas, and push execution further - from video generation to smart LP builders.
- Move fast: you won’t be stuck on campaigns that take months to launch. It’s one project, then the next, then the next - real variety, real pace. We promise you’ll never get bored.
- Take client briefs and turn them into market-ready output (no overthinking, no endless research cycles).
- Collaborate directly with growth leads and creatives to connect design with marketing strategy and performance.
- Keep designs sharp, on-brand, and built for speed - ready to go live, not sit in a folder

As part of the interview process, you’ll get a short design task. It’s there to give you a feel for the type of projects we tackle every day, and for us to see your aesthetics, problem-solving, and expertise in action.
