**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana for a Graphic Designer. As a Graphic Designer at Titans Marketing, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs for a variety of digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and more. Your work will help define the visual identity of our clients' brands and drive engagement with their audiences.
**Responsibilities:**
- Design creative and engaging content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure all designs are on-brand, consistent, and meet the client's objectives.
- Revise and update designs as needed based on feedback from the team or clients.
- Stay up to date with design trends and best practices in the digital marketing industry.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
