**Reefer Dispatcher – Freight One Inc.**
**We are seeking an experienced Reefer Dispatcher**
to join our team and manage
**6–8 trucks**
during the second shift.
This position is a great fit for someone with reefer dispatch experience who is organized, dependable, and able to communicate well with drivers, brokers, and customers.
**Job Responsibilities:**
**Manage and dispatch 6–8 reefer trucks**
**Book and track loads**
**Communicate with drivers throughout the shift**
**Monitor ELD hours and ensure DOT compliance**
**Handle daily issues, updates, and problem-solving**
**Maintain strong communication with the operations team**
**Qualifications:**
**Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience, preferably in the reefer industry**
**Strong multitasking and organizational skills**
**Knowledge of ELD hours and DOT safety regulations**
**Excellent communication and problem-solving skills**
**Ability to work independently and manage multiple trucks efficiently**
