**Role Description**
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist. In this role, you will identify and attract qualified candidates for various client roles, conduct structured interviews, and assist in the hiring process for clients. Additional responsibilities include sourcing talent through diverse channels, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, and contributing to recruitment strategies. You will also play a part in training initiatives as needed to support client or team needs.
**Qualifications**
- Expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and Sourcing candidates using diverse methods and technologies
- Strong Interviewing skills with the ability to assess and identify qualified candidates
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and candidates effectively
- Experience in or ability to conduct Training sessions to support recruitment processes
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
