**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Skopje, with flexibility to work partially from home. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching potential customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Duties include managing sales processes, presenting products or services, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, proactive engagement, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams.

**Qualifications**

- Proven skills in Sales, Account Management, and Negotiation
- Strong Communication and Customer Relationship Management abilities
- Effective use of CRM tools and ability to generate and analyze sales reports
- Proficiency in Market Research and Sales Strategy
- Time Management and Goal-Oriented Work Ethic
- Teamwork and Collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in sales or a similar client-facing role is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with sales software is a plus
