**We are looking for**
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Accounts Receivables Accountant (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Finance Team.
**Your role in BizAway**
- Raising and sending invoices to customers
- Processing credit memos and refunds on respecting deadline as per company policies
- Handling customers’ inquiries regarding billing issues
- Assist with the analysis of past due accounts and credit collection efforts
- Internally support other teams’ inquiries regarding billing and receivables topics;
- Support AR Team on various topics Guarantee
- Client satisfaction in terms of invoicing process
**Your Basic Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of proven work experience as an AR Accounting Specialist or similar role.
- Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation.
- Experience with Oracle Netsuite is considered as a plus.
- Exceptional time management, communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Good knowledge of spreadsheet programmes (Excel)
- High level of English and Italian.
