About the role

BloomStudios is looking for a
**Social Media Manager & Content Creator**
to manage and develop social media content for our clients. This role is hands-on and creative, focused on
**platform management, story creation, and graphic content production**
.

You’ll work closely with the creative team to turn ideas into high-quality social content that fits each brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities

**Social Media Platform Management**

- Plan, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Maintain consistency in brand visuals and tone across platforms
- Organize content calendars and publishing timelines

**Story Creation & Short-Form Content**

- Create daily Instagram & Facebook Stories (static, animated, and reel-based stories)
- Design story layouts using text, CTAs, stickers, polls, and interactive elements
- Adapt stories for campaigns, promotions, and trends

**Graphic Content Creation**

- Design social media posts, carousels, and story visuals
- Create clean, modern graphics aligned with each brand’s visual identity
- Prepare creatives for campaigns and advertisements
- Adapt photo and video material into social-ready formats

**Collaboration & Optimization**

- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and the marketing team
- Improve content quality based on performance insights
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform features

Requirements

- Experience managing social media platforms
- Strong graphic design skills for social media
- Proficiency in
**Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools**
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling and social formats
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in Tirana
