**Role Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Fullstack Developer {Backend Focussed} for a full-time, on-site position in Skopje. The ideal candidate will have a strong backend background in PHP/Laravel development, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and Docker/Kubernetes, with working knowledge of Vue.js for frontend tasks. This is an exciting opportunity with a clear path to grow into a Team Leader role.
**Requirements:**
· 4-6+ years of proven experience as a software developer with strong expertise in PHP and Laravel framework
· Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, ECS/EKS)
· Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
· Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
· Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) – query optimization, indexing, database design
· Working knowledge of Vue.js 2/3 for frontend development
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
· Experience working in a product-based company is a strong advantage
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with focus on delivering high-quality solutions
· Team player with good written and spoken English
**Responsibilities:**
· Design, develop, and maintain robust PHP/Laravel applications following best practices
· Architect and implement scalable, reliable solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure
· Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
· Optimize database performance, manage SQL queries, and ensure data integrity
· Develop and maintain frontend components using React
· Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and security
· Collaborate on API design and full-stack integration
· Provide technical guidance and support to team members
