**Role Description**
This full-time role of Dispatcher is an on-site position based in Gostivar. Responsibilities include managing scheduling and dispatching for drivers, coordinating assignments to ensure efficient transport operations, maintaining communication with drivers, and resolving logistical challenges promptly. Additional duties may involve monitoring shipments, updating delivery statuses, and maintaining accurate reports. A strong ability to stay organized and respond swiftly to emerging issues is critical for success in this role.
**Qualifications**
- Strong spoken and written communication in English is a must.
- Basic computer skills
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatching is prefered but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
**Working Hours**
- 13:00 – 22:00
