With a strong focus on quality and customer service, we are looking to expand our team by hiring a motivated and experienced Franchise Area Manager.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage relationships with existing franchise stores;
- Supervise and manage the staff at franchise stores;
- Conduct regular visits to franchise stores;
- Provide periodic reports to management on the performance of franchise stores and customer interactions;
- Ensure compliance with all procedures related to the position;
- Prepare and submit regular reports on work progress;
- Maintain relationships with existing customers;
**Qualifications:**
- Sales Management, Customer Service, and relationship-building skills;
- Product Knowledge and Inventory Management skills;
- Effective Communication and Negotiation skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets;
- Fluency in Albanian and English languages;
- Previous experience in the tile or construction industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
