Our Skopje Branch is supporting renewable energy and infrastructure projects across North Macedonia and the Balkan region, including solar PV and power transmission projects.
We are currently seeking an
**HR & Administrative Coordinator**
to support both
**branch operations and project-based HR activities**
in an international EPC environment.
**Role Overview**
This position plays a key role in supporting
**end-to-end HR operations**
for both the
**local branch and project teams**
, including employee lifecycle management, local compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates with experience in
**EPC, construction, or solar energy projects**
, as well as
**company setup and HR system establishment**
, are highly preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**
**HR Operations (Branch & Project Support)**
- Support full-cycle recruitment for local staff, including screening, interview coordination, and hiring follow-up
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for both branch and project employees
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with local regulations
- Administer attendance, leave tracking, and HR data updates
- Support payroll preparation and coordination with finance or external payroll providers
- Assist in employee relations and daily HR support for both office and site teams
**HR Setup & Compliance**
- Support
**new entity setup and HR framework establishment**
(if applicable)
- Coordinate
**social security (pension registration), medical insurance enrollment, and employee registration processes**
- Liaise with local authorities and third-party service providers (PRO, payroll, insurance, etc.)
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with
**North Macedonia Labour Law**
and company policies
**Administrative & Coordination Support**
- Support daily office administration and operational coordination
- Assist with employee logistics (accommodation, travel arrangements, etc.)
- Coordinate between local staff, project teams, and international headquarters
- Support documentation, reporting, and internal coordination across departments
**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience supporting both
**office (branch) and project/site environments**
- Familiarity with
**EPC, construction, or solar energy projects is highly preferred**
- Hands-on experience in:
- **Payroll coordination**
- **Pension / social security registration**
- **Medical insurance processes**
- **Employee onboarding compliance**
- Experience in
**company setup or establishing HR processes from scratch is a strong advantage**
- Good understanding of
**North Macedonia Labour Law and HR compliance requirements**
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in
**Macedonian and English**
- Chinese language or experience working with Chinese companies is an advantage
