What You Will Do
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our local Macedonian team and our international headquarters, ensuring seamless operations.
HR Excellence:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, managing attendance, leave, and documentation.
Compliance: Ensure all HR activities align with North Macedonian labor law.
Professional Growth: Support talent development and local hiring initiatives.
Operational Support:
Office Management: Coordinate daily office operations to foster a productive workspace.
Logistics & Vendors: Oversee vendor relationships and manage site visit logistics, travel, and accommodation.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years in an HR, Admin, or People Operations role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication: Fluent in both Macedonian and English (Mandarin/Chinese language skills are a strong plus).
Knowledge: Solid understanding of local labor laws.
Mindset: Strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced EPC environment.
