Junior Project Administration Support

**Location**
: TIRZ, Ilinden, North Macedonia
**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing administrative support services including but not limited to personnel, accounting, finances, procurement and similar
- Maintaining Projects’ database
- Following inventory and keeping track of the required levels of materials, maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Obtaining quotes from vendors and suppliers, comparing offers, placing material orders
- Coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers
- Manage contractor and vendor relationships
- Coordinating with the transportation, food, and PPE providers
- Supporting the Training Program of the team
- Ensure delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria are met
- Keeping the timetables of the staff to be compliant with client’s requirements and local labor law prerequisites
- Assuring the services have been provided in accordance with the standards for good business practices and by employing the highest EHS standards.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in Administration is considered a strong advantage
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Basic data analysis skills (Excel functions, dashboards, reporting)
- Knowledge of procurement basics (quotations, purchase orders, cost comparison)
- Strong team collaboration and relationship‑building
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Customer service mindset
