**Job position: Marketing & Content Specialist**
**Department: Marketing Department**
**Location: Tirana**
This role supports the execution of marketing activities by creating and managing content, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels in line with company guidelines.
This is a hands-on role that requires regular presence in-store for content creation, especially during campaigns, activations, and store openings.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
·
Create photo and video content on a regular basis, primarily in-store, capturing products, campaigns, and customer moments for social media platforms;
·
Edit and adapt content (mobile-first) for publishing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook);
·
Plan and manage the social media content calendar;
·
Publish and manage day-to-day social media content across platforms;
·
Monitor social media engagement and adjust content based on performance insights;
·
Support the execution of marketing campaigns across all Western Balkan markets;
·
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities;
·
Support store openings, events, and activations, ensuring all activities are implemented according to the defined plan;
·
Ensure consistency of messaging and brand identity across all communication channels;
·
Support influencer collaborations and content coordination;
·
Track and analyze the performance of content and campaigns;
·
Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
**Qualifications:**
·
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field;
·
Proven experience in content creation and social media management;
·
Strong ability to capture and edit photo and video content using mobile and basic editing tools;
·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Albanian and English;
·
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail;
·
Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva) is considered an advantage for simple content adaptations;
·
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
·
Willingness to frequently visit stores for content creation and campaign execution.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Albanian and English
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media scheduling platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
