**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role located in Skopje. The Dispatcher will coordinate and schedule logistics and transportation operations, oversee delivery routes, and communicate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient cargo transportation. Additional responsibilities include monitoring shipments, resolving delivery issues, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Collaboration with team members and clients is crucial to providing exceptional service.
**Qualifications**
- Strong logistical and planning skills, including route optimization and transportation coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with drivers, clients, and vendors
- Proficiency in record-keeping, data management, and using relevant software tools for tracking and reporting
- Problem-solving skills to handle delivery challenges and find quick solutions under time constraints
- Attention to detail and knowledge of regulatory requirements related to transportation and logistics
