, you will contribute to designing and building high-quality prototypes and proof-of-concepts focused on Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity. Your work will help validate ideas, de-risk technical decisions, and accelerate product innovation across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with the Head of R&D, transforming abstract concepts into concrete, secure implementations.
**About the Team**
The R&D team within Product Development Center (PDC) acts as an innovation engine within the organization. Our mission is to:
- Build industry-level prototypes that explore new ideas, technologies, and approaches
- Proactively suggest innovative solutions and technical directions to the Product Management team
- Serve as a technical leverage point for Software Architects and Development teams
We work ahead of product roadmaps, turning emerging Microsoft 365 security challenges into tangible, working solutions that influence future products.
**Your Job**
- Design and implement industry-grade prototypes using C# / .NET and modern frontend technologies
- Build full-stack solutions integrating deeply with Microsoft 365 services (e.g. Graph API, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID)
- Apply security-by-design principles across application architecture and implementation
- Explore new Microsoft 365 features and assess their security and product potential
- Provide technical input and recommendations to Head of R&D based on hands-on experimentation
**Your Profile**
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET
- Hands-on experience integrating with Microsoft 365
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security concepts, including:
- Identity & access management (Entra ID)
- Permissions, roles, and consent models
- Secure API access (OAuth2, delegated vs application permissions)
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- A security-aware mindset and strong interest in cloud and SaaS security
*Nice to Have*
- Experience with R&D, prototyping, or proof-of-concept development
- Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and Microsoft security tooling
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
