At 2Coders, our mission is to revolutionize the OTT experience through cutting-edge infrastructure and DevOps practices. We are actively seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Skopje.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure (primarily) and AWS
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines that enable fast, reliable deployments
- Establish and enforce security best practices across our infrastructure and deployment processes
- Work closely with development teams to improve system reliability, observability, and incident response
- Automate everything worth automating—infrastructure provisioning, security scanning, monitoring, and recovery
- Evaluate and address security vulnerabilities before they become problems
- Contribute to architecture decisions and mentor other team members on DevOps practices
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in production environments
- Strong proficiency with Azure services; AWS experience is a plus
- Solid scripting skills in Python (or similar) for automation and tooling
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of security principles in cloud environments—you think about threats, not just tickets
- Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams
