**The Role**
- Identify opportunities for management consulting projects – that MTI can pitch for
- Refer / link MTI with these opportunities and work with MTI until these opportunities are converted to an assignment.
**The Person**
- High level links with business organizations, public sector enterprise and organizations and / or multi-lateral agencies.
- Ability to network, high-level relationship management and representation.
**The Terms**
- Success Fee as a % of the net project revenue – payable upon signing up of the project and based on the client’s payments schedule.
