**About the Role**
Motion Source is actively seeking a
**Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant**
who takes an end-to-end, process-driven approach to solving complex business challenges.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand operational needs, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions that enhance performance and scalability. You will leverage your expertise in supply chain operations and Dynamics 365 to drive measurable improvements and support digital transformation initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct business performance diagnostics and process assessments
- Lead and participate in design sessions with stakeholders across Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Transportation Management (TMS)
- Configure, test, and train stakeholders on D365 Finance & Supply Chain solutions
- Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with developers on feasibility, estimates, and delivery timelines
- Create detailed, actionable development tasks with clearly defined requirements
- Design, develop, and test functional solutions and prototypes, including:
- Product Information Management
- Manufacturing and Distribution
- Inventory Management
- Supply Chain Processes
- Advanced Warehouse and Transportation Management
- Master Planning
- Identify functional gaps, resolve requirement conflicts, and drive solution alignment
- Coordinate with technical teams on build, testing, and deployment activities
- Support and/or lead data migration and conversion efforts
- Drive test planning and execution
- Contribute to project and program management, including process re-engineering and organizational change initiatives
**Qualifications**
- 4+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Supply Chain / AX 2012 / Business Central, or equivalent domain experience
- Experience with at least 3 full-cycle ERP implementations
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis
- Working knowledge of software development methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead teams, projects, and stakeholder engagements
- Solid understanding of business operations and strategic analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Visio
- Highly self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
