**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana for a Junior Business Developer. The Junior Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through lead generation and market research. The role involves engaging with potential clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. There is also an emphasis on analyzing market trends and performance data to develop strategies that support organizational growth.
**Qualifications**
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and create data-driven strategies
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Experience or ability in lead generation and building professional client relationships
- Proficiency in market research to identify opportunities and challenges
- Customer service skills to address client needs and build trust
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and international business practices is a plus
