URGENT HIRING – Instrumentation Engineer (Solar PV Project)🌍 Project Location

🔧 Position: Instrumentation Engineer

We are looking for a
**skilled Instrumentation Engineer**
to join our utility-scale Solar PV projects in North Macedonia.

This role focuses on
**full-cycle instrumentation technical management**
, covering installation, commissioning, testing, and compliance with
**local and EU (IEC) standards**
.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

- Manage all instrumentation systems across the project lifecycle, including:
- PV module monitoring systems
- Substation control & measurement instruments
- Metering systems
- Automation & control systems
- Prepare:
- Installation & commissioning method statements
- Technical procedures aligned with local regulations and EU standards
- Safety technical briefings
- Supervise:
- Instrument installation, wiring, and commissioning quality
- Compliance with project specifications
- Perform:
- Calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Technical problem-solving during construction and operation
- Coordinate with:
- Chief Engineer (technical approvals)
- Electrical & QA/QC teams (inspection & acceptance)
- Procurement team (equipment specifications & compliance)
- Participate in:
- System testing & commissioning
- Grid connection and final acceptance
- Ensure proper:
- Technical documentation, reporting, and handover

🎓 Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in:
- Instrumentation / Automation / Measurement & Control
- Electrical Engineering (related fields accepted)
- Degree must be from:
- EU-recognized or North Macedonian institutions

🧠 Experience

- Minimum
**3+ years**
in:
- Solar PV or power projects
- Instrumentation engineering / technical roles
- Experience in
**Balkan region or North Macedonia preferred**
- Strong knowledge of:
- PV monitoring systems
- Substation instrumentation & control
- Grid connection and commissioning
- Familiar with:
- Local electrical standards
- **IEC (EU standards)**

📜 Certifications

- Recognized Instrumentation Engineer certification
- Valid
**Electrician License (local certification required)**
- Calibration certification preferred

🌐 Language

- Fluent in:
- Macedonian
- English
- Able to read:
- Technical manuals & IEC standards
