**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tirana, with the flexibility to work remotely on select occasions. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing modern user interfaces using cutting-edge frontend frameworks. You will ensure responsive and high-performance web applications while collaborating closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and system functionality.
Additional responsibilities include optimizing applications for speed and scalability, troubleshooting UI/UX issues, and maintaining high-quality standards across all web products.
**Qualifications**
- Strong experience with Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design
- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies:
**React, Next.js, Svelte, and Tailwind CSS**
- Solid understanding of Web Development and Software Development principles
- Basic knowledge of Back-End integration and API communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend tooling
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience working in a hybrid or remote-friendly environment is a plus
