**Role Description**
The Claims Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Skopje. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing freight claims, investigating claims cases, and ensuring efficient claim resolution. You will analyze data, communicate with various stakeholders including drivers, clients, and insurance companies, and maintain accurate documentation. Your goal will be to ensure proper claims handling while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
**Qualifications**
- Strong expertise in Claims Management and Claims Handling
- Analytical Skills with a focus on investigative and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of Insurance procedures and industry regulations
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, for effective coordination with stakeholders
- Proficiency in using claims management systems and related software
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in freight, logistics, or transportation claims in the US Industry is a must
