We help tech, financial services, and professional service companies grow by delivering high-quality sales meetings - and we’re now expanding our sales team in North Macedonia.
We’re looking for ambitious and fluent English speakers who are not afraid to pick up the phone, talk to new people, and represent brands with confidence.
**
As an SDR, you will:**
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone and email.
- Book meetings between clients and their potential customers.
- Work directly with international clients and decision-makers.
- Learn advanced sales communication, outreach systems, and CRM tools.
You’ll start by prospecting for Meeting Secured itself (training phase), and once ready, you’ll handle 2 client accounts.

as much as we do. You understand that your job isn't to talk people into things, but to find people with problems we can actually solve.
- **A Skilled Listener**
: You’re comfortable with silence. You ask the second and third questions to get to the truth.
- **Low Ego, High Curiosity:**
You don’t take "no" personally; you see it as data. You’re more interested in learning why a prospect said no than in "winning" an argument.
- **Radically Honest:**
You’re okay with telling a prospect we aren't the right fit. You value the truth over a booked meeting that won't close.
- **Tech-Fluent:**
You can navigate a CRM and a power-dialer without breaking a sweat, but you know the human connection is what actually moves the needle.
Sales experience is a plus - but not required. We’ll train you in everything from outreach to objection handling.
