**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Štip for a Driver Recruiter. The Driver Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and hiring qualified drivers to meet the company’s operational needs. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, managing driver retention efforts, and fostering strong communication with potential hires and team members. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with the operations and customer service teams to align recruitment efforts with company goals.
**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of DOT Regulations to ensure compliant recruiting and hiring practices
- Experience in Hiring and expertise in Driver Retention strategies to build and maintain a reliable team
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced transportation or logistics environment
- Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant education are advantageous
