**Balkan Region**
and are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Analyst to support our Business Development Unit.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Support bid management and tender coordination processes.
• Track national and international databases (EuropeAid, Assortis, Devex, TED, ADB, World Bank, DFID, USAID, KFW, EBRD) and report business opportunities to the BDU team.
• Upload project information and decisions to Dynamics and other web-based systems daily.
• Update internal tender tracking tools (Dynamics, SharePoint, etc.) regularly.
• Prepare and collect administrative documents for all WEglobal offices and partners, ensuring compliance and validity.
• Manage communication with Contracting Authorities, including clarification requests.
• Participate in partner meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Support preparation of company brochures and news content.
• Maintain complete archives and assist in proposal compilation and submission.
• Cooperate with Bid Manager, TP Lead, and EoI Coordinator to keep systems updated.
• Prepare statistical analyses, monthly progress reports, and update tender lists.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
• Bachelor’s degree
• 0–2 years of professional experience; experience in data management is an asset
• Knowledge of PRAG Rules is a strong asset
• Excellent command of MS Office (especially Word and PowerPoint)
• Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
• Strong teamwork, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
