**We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our growing team of 10.**
**Skills Required:**
1. Strong communication skills in Albanian and English, with clear written and verbal communication for calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
2. Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in tech or digital services such as web development, digital marketing products, or software solutions.
3. Lead generation and prospecting skills: researching ideal clients, using LinkedIn and email, and building a predictable outbound pipeline.
4. Consultative and solution-selling approach, with the ability to understand client pain points and map them to the company’s products or services.
5. Negotiation and closing skills, including handling objections and managing the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal.
6. Strong relationship-building and client management skills to drive repeat business and long-term accounts.
7. Tech-savviness and familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and online communication tools such as Zoom, email sequences, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
8. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track KPIs (calls, meetings, conversion rates), use analytics to improve performance, and report results clearly.
9. Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a startup environment with autonomy, experimentation, and performance-based compensation.
10. High integrity and customer-centric attitude, with empathy and active listening to build trust and avoid overpromising.
