We are currently looking for a
**Junior Frontend Developer**
to join our team and contribute to the development of modern web and mobile applications.
This role is suited for someone at the beginning of their career who is motivated to learn, improve, and work on real projects. You will be involved in implementing user interfaces, translating design into functional applications, and working closely with designers and backend developers to deliver complete solutions.
Our frontend development is primarily based on React for web applications and React Native for mobile apps. Experience with similar technologies such as Next.js or other modern frameworks is also valued. A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals is essential.
We are looking for someone who can take a design and turn it into clean, responsive, and well-structured code. Attention to detail, consistency in implementation, and a good understanding of how interfaces behave across different devices are important for this role.
Previous experience is not strictly required, but any personal projects, internships, or GitHub work are highly valued.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the founder, contribute to real client projects, and grow as a frontend developer in a fast-paced environment. You will receive continuous guidance and training as part of your development.
The position is primarily

and based
**on-site**
at our office
**in Tirana**
. However, we are open to discussing flexible arrangements for students to accommodate academic commitments. Compensation is negotiable based on skills and potential.
