Quality Engineer

We Are Hiring | Solar Project in North Macedonia

As part of our expanding utility-scale solar (PV) projects in North Macedonia, we are looking for experienced local engineering professionals to join our international EPC team on-site.

**🔹 Quality Engineer (QA/QC) – Local Hire**

📍 Location: North Macedonia (Site-Based)

**Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare, implement, and maintain project quality control plans and procedures

• Carry out inspections for civil, electrical, and instrumentation works to ensure compliance with project specifications

• Conduct material inspections and verify completed and hidden works

• Identify quality issues, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions

• Ensure all activities comply with applicable ISO and EN standards

• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and local authorities on quality matters

• Maintain proper documentation and quality records throughout the project lifecycle

**Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management (or related field)

• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in construction, power, or renewable energy projects

• Strong understanding of ISO and EN standards

• Good knowledge of inspection procedures, documentation, and reporting

• Fluent in Macedonian and English
