**Role Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
**Corporate Admin Lawyer**
to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring legal compliance, supporting business operations, and managing relationships with external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, decisions, and official correspondence

Ensure full legal compliance of company operations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Manage and maintain communication with banks and financial institutions, including preparation of required documentation and follow-ups

Represent and coordinate the company’s interactions with governmental bodies, municipalities, and other regulatory authorities

Prepare, review, and submit documentation to relevant institutions (registries, notaries, tax authorities, etc.)

Provide legal support in day-to-day business operations and advise management on legal risks and solutions

Handle HR-related legal matters, including employment contracts, internal policies, disciplinary procedures, and labor law compliance

Maintain and organize legal and HR documentation (personnel files, contracts, records) in line with legal requirements

Monitor changes in legislation and proactively advise the company on potential impacts

Support internal departments by providing timely and practical legal guidance

**Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is an advantage)

Minimum 2–5 years of relevant professional experience (corporate, legal practice, or in-house role)

Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, and labor law

Experience working with banks and public institutions is considered an advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
