We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager who will play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring our office operations run efficiently every day.

**What you’ll be doing:**

✔ Keeping daily office operations organized and running smoothly

✔ Supporting management and team members with administrative tasks

✔ Coordinating meetings, schedules, and internal communication

✔ Managing documentation, reports, and office records

✔ Handling office logistics, supplies, and vendor coordination

✔ Helping create an efficient and positive work environment

**We’re looking for someone who:**

• Is highly organized and reliable

• Communicates clearly and professionally

• Is comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Has experience in administration or office management

• Is proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
