**Duties and Responsibilities.**
- Corporate and State Form Tax Preparation (Form 1120, Form 1065, and Form 1120-S)
- Assistance with IRS and State Notice Resolution
- Form 1099 Filing and W9 Assistance
- Coding in QuickBooks with Manual Journal Entries
- Creation of Bank Rules in QuickBooks
- Accounting Cleanup Projects
- AP and Payroll Assistance
- Ad-Hoc Accounting and Tax Projections
**Qualifications:**
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, including transaction coding, bank feeds, reconciliations, and basic journal entries (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail, particularly with data entry and financial documents.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs without constant direction.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Basic understanding of corporate tax return structure (or willingness to learn quickly).
