List Builder (Data & Research)
We’re looking for a List Builder who enjoys working with data, research, and outbound workflows.
Your role is:
-Build high-quality prospect lists that actually convert.
What you’ll do:
-Build targeted prospect lists for outbound campaigns
-Research companies and identify the right decision-makers
-Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and other data sources
-Get creative with sourcing (directories, trade shows, lookalikes, keywords, etc.)
-Clean, validate, and deduplicate data
-Prepare lists for outreach (fields, personalization variables, segmentation)
-Continuously improve list quality and sourcing methods
Requirements:
-Experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar data and prospecting platforms
-Experience in list building / lead generation / data research
-Understanding of ICP, outbound, and B2B sales
-Strong attention to detail
-Comfortable working with data and multiple sources
Nice to have:
-Experience with automation tools (Clay, Zapier, Make etc.)
-Experience in outbound agencies or B2B environments
