We are looking for an experienced
**Customer Support Specialist**
fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic team.

**seasonal temporary**
position working Monday - Friday (04:00 pm - 00:00 am CET)

**Role Overview**
As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the frontline of our partners services, ensuring that the clients needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide timely and accurate customer support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service procedures and standards.
- Perform administrative tasks related to customer support as needed.
- Manage time effectively to customer inquiries.
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal communication)
- University Degree
- Previous experience in a customer support role is beneficial
- Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent time management abilities with a proven track record of working efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to work proactively and independently, as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- A positive attitude and the ability to maintain professionalism in all customer interactions
