As a Java Developer, Platform Stability and Backend Systems, you will work on the foundation of the platform. You will improve existing services, reduce incidents, and help shape a more structured engineering organisation.

Within this environment, Anton’s team focuses on the core platform. Not client delivery, but stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of backend systems.
This is not about shipping features quickly. It is about building systems that remain stable under load and improve over time. The organisation is moving from a more siloed setup toward structured teams and Agile ways of working, with clearer ownership and better delivery processes.
You will be involved in backend development, production improvements, and system design. You will take ownership of quality, testing, and delivery as part of your daily work.

**What you will do**
· Build and maintain backend services in Java and Spring Boot
· Improve system stability and performance
· Resolve production issues and prevent recurrence
· Contribute to better architecture and engineering practices
· Work with DevOps and product teams on platform improvements
