**We’re looking for an SEO Specialist with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience**
to join our team.
This role is for someone who understands the fundamentals well, can manage day-to-day SEO work with confidence, and knows how to turn strategy into execution.
**What you’ll do:**
- Run technical, on-page, and local SEO work
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking
- Support content planning and content optimization
- Review site structure, crawlability, indexing, and performance issues
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and key SEO KPIs
- Help prepare clear client-facing reports and recommendations
**What we’re looking for:**
- **2 to 3 years of SEO experience**
- **Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and local SEO**
- **Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog**
, or similar
- Ability to spot issues, prioritize work, and communicate clearly
- Comfortable working across multiple clients or projects
- Strong attention to detail and solid written English
**Nice to have:**
- Agency experience
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Experience with GBP optimization, content briefs, or CRO-focused SEO
