Job description

Our Customer is a fast-growing conversational AI platform transforming how businesses manage customer interactions across voice and text.

We are already working with 40+ automotive dealer groups in Italy and are now scaling aggressively across Europe and the US.

To accelerate our growth in the Italian market, we’re looking for a high-performing, senior SDR with proven SaaS sales experience.

💼 What You’ll Do

Own outbound sales for the Italian market (LinkedIn, email, calls, posts)

Identify and engage high-value automotive dealer groups

Qualify and generate high-intent opportunities for closing

Manage pipeline and consistently exceed meeting targets

Collaborate directly with founders on GTM strategy

Bring insights from the market to refine positioning and messaging

You are not just booking meetings — you are building pipeline that drives revenue.

🎯 Who You Are

Italin language at a native level (mandatory)

Based in Tirana or open to travel

3+ years of SaaS sales / SDR / BDR experience

Proven track record in outbound and pipeline generation

Experience selling into the Italian market

Graduate from a reputable university

Strong business acumen and communication skills

Highly driven, competitive, and results-oriented

This role is for closers in mindset, not task executors.

💰 Compensation (High Performance-Based)

Monthly fixed retainer €750

Uncapped commission (10% on generated revenue)

Significant upside based on performance 🚀

Top performers will earn well above market benchmarks.
