**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role in ALBANIA for a Bartender at Confidential Luxury hotel & resort. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring the bar area is clean and well-stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key duties include creating cocktails, handling cash transactions, maintaining inventory, and enhancing customer experiences through professional and engaging communication. The bartender will also collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming environment and effectively interact with guests
- Proficiency in bartending techniques, including the preparation of creative cocktails and a strong knowledge of beverages
- Familiarity with cash handling, operating point-of-sale systems, and processing transactions accurately
- Experience in food and beverage service, with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a diverse team
- Certification in food and beverage safety and hygiene is a plus
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage
