**Role Description**
This is a full-time role based in Tirana. We’re looking for a
**Content Manager**
who can own the entire content lifecycle, from idea to publishing. This is not a traditional video editor role. You’ll be responsible for planning, producing, editing, and publishing content across multiple platforms, working directly with the founder to turn ideas into high-performing content.
**What you need to do:**
• Turn raw ideas into structured content (hooks, outlines, angles)
• Research topics, develop hooks, and structure content
• Plan and manage a consistent content calendar
• Film or direct shoots and capture high-quality footage
• Edit long-form videos and repurpose into short-form
• Create thumbnails, titles, and descriptions
• Publish natively across all platforms
• Turn conversations, frameworks, and insights into repeatable content
• Continuously improve based on what’s working
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
• A
**strong portfolio**
(content they fully owned end-to-end)
• Real storytelling ability - pacing, hooks, retention
• Solid editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
• Understanding of YouTube + short-form platforms
• A
**professional camera setup**
and ability to shoot quality footage
• Speed, reliability, and clear communication
• A proactive mindset (you bring ideas, not just execute tasks)
