Sales Development Representative (SDR)

**About Hypergen**
Hypergen is a lead generation partner for M&A firms, SaaS companies, and agencies. We build and manage high-performance outbound infrastructure, using data-driven tools like Clay and intent signals to identify and engage high-fit prospects.
We are looking for a disciplined SDR to join our team. This role is dual-focused: you will drive internal growth for Hypergen and execute lead generation and meeting booking for our clients as an outsourced partner.
**The Role:**
You will act as a hybrid growth engine - fueling Hypergen’s own pipeline while also serving as an outsourced SDR for our clients (SaaS, M&A, and agencies) to help them scale their revenue.
**What You’ll Do**
- Take full ownership of warm leads generated by our outbound systems. You will execute targeted follow-ups via personalized emails and phone calls to convert interest into booked meetings.
- Nurturing & Follow-up: Build and manage high-touch sequences. You are responsible for keeping leads warm and persistent follow-up until a discovery call is booked.
- Research & Personalization: Use Clay, Apollo, and AI tools to research prospects and personalize messaging at scale based on intent signals (funding, hiring, tech stack).
- CRM & Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain meticulous records within our CRM (and our clients' systems). You will ensure every interaction is logged, lead statuses are accurate, and no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- U.S. Market Alignment: Work a schedule that ensures significant overlap with U.S. EST business hours.
- 1+ Year of Experience: Previous experience in an SDR or BDR role, specifically focused on B2B sales or agency environments.
- Outreach Specialist: Expert at managing follow-up cadences and handling objections over the phone.
- Native-Level English: Flawless written and verbal communication is required for high-stakes professional conversations.
- Process-Driven: Highly organized and able to manage follow-ups for multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience with (or eager to learn) modern sales tools like Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot.
