**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a React Native Developer, based in Tirana with flexibility for partial remote work. The React Native Developer will be responsible for building and optimizing mobile applications using React Native, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-friendly interfaces. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining codebases, implementing APIs, and ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. A focus on delivering scalable, high-performing solutions is key.
**Qualifications**
- Strong experience in Front-End Development with a focus on React Native and JavaScript
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and integration of APIs
- Solid foundation in Software Development principles and best practices
- Hands-on experience with Redux.js for state management
- Excellent problem-solving ability, teamwork, and a keen eye for detail
- Understanding of modern development tools and workflows, such as version control (e.g., Git)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in delivering mobile or cross-platform applications is a plus
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative tools is advantageous
