For one of our projects, Evolutivo is looking for an AI Engineer to join a structured and innovative environment, working on advanced AI solutions and production-ready systems.
The selected candidate will contribute to the design and development of scalable AI/ML architectures, with a focus on LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and high-performance API and microservice ecosystems.

**Key responsibilities:**
- Design and develop AI/ML solutions for complex production environments
- Build and optimize LLM, RAG, and agent-based applications
- Work on system design, microservices, and scalable low-latency APIs
- Collaborate on the implementation of robust and efficient data processing pipelines
- Provide technical guidance and support for mentoring activities when needed
**Mandatory requirements:**
- At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with complex production systems
- Strong knowledge of Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch
- Experience with LLM, RAG, and agent frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Haystack)
- Experience with vector databases such as Chroma and Qdrant
- Strong skills in system design, microservices, and scalable low-latency API development
- Experience in technical leadership and mentoring
- Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data processing pipelines
**Nice to have:**
- Experience with orchestration layers / AI platforms
- Fluent English
