We’re Hiring: Key Account Manager (Consulting & Personal Development)

We at AIEx are currently expanding our team, and we want you on board!

Join our team and play a strategic role in managing and growing relationships with some of our most important clients. As a Key Account Manager, you will drive long-term partnerships, support organizational development initiatives, and help deliver impactful training and consulting solutions.

🔎 What You’ll Do

- Client Relationship Management.
- Act as the main point of contact for all clients.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior HR, L&D, and Talent leaders.
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback sessions to assess client needs.

📈 Strategic Account Development

- Develop account plans aligned with client goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell training, coaching, and consulting services.
- Prepare forecasts and growth projections.

🎯 Solution Design & Project Coordination

- Work closely with our training team to tailor development programs.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor program performance and integrate client feedback.

💼 Commercial Ownership

- Handle pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Track and report account performance.

🌍 Market Insight & Representation

- Stay informed on trends in personal development, leadership, and organizational consulting.
- Advise clients on best practices.
- Represent our company at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or similar field.
- Proven experience in key account management, consulting, talent development, or B2B services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Client-centric mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).

- Experience in leadership development, coaching, or training design.
- Background in management or HR consulting.
- Experience handling enterprise-level clients.
