**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirana for a Director of Sales and Business Development. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, managing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, analyze market trends, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve strategic objectives. The individual will also focus on building partnerships, expanding market presence, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.

- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations
- Strong capabilities in Business Development and fostering strategic partnerships
- Experience in Customer Service and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Leadership skills with a background in Team Management and mentoring sales teams
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret market trends to inform strategies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel regionally as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in multi-sector industries or international sales is beneficial
