**The Role**
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team in Tirana.
This is a hands-on creative role within a fast-paced FMCG environment, where you will work across multiple brands and touchpoints, from social media to packaging and campaign assets.
We are looking for someone who can think conceptually and execute high-quality visuals, contributing to the overall visual identity and communication of our brands.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns
- Design content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communication
- Create and adapt packaging designs and marketing materials (POS, print, ATL/BTL)
- Support brand presentations and marketing initiatives
- Ensure consistency across all brand visuals
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong skills in Graphic Design, Branding, and Visual Communication
- Experience with logo design, typography, and brand identity systems
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to combine creative thinking with strong execution
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
- Experience in FMCG or fast-paced environments is a plus
