**Job Description – Office Assistant**

**Location:**
Tirana–Durrës Highway

**Work Schedule:**
Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00

**Salary:**
Up to
**900 EUR**

Provided by the company

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized
**Office Assistant**
with excellent English language skills to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle administrative duties with professionalism and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in Albanian and English
- Maintain office documentation, filing systems, and internal records
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other documents
- Organize meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments and support the management team
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Welcome visitors and provide assistance to employees
- Support HR, finance, or procurement tasks when required

**Requirements**

- Very good command of
**English**
(written and spoken)
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Positive attitude and high sense of responsibility
