**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer based in Tirana. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and developing visually compelling designs, logos, and branding assets. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualising and executing design projects, refining typography, and ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deliver creative solutions.
**Qualifications**
- Expertise in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Packaging Design
- Solid experience in Branding and developing brand identities
- Strong understanding and application of Typography in design projects
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with advertising or digital media is an advantage
